"Star Wars" is a Disney princess story genre to appeal to young girls even if it had an Earl K. Bergey bikini borrowed from Frane Nguyen of "Elaan of Troyius" while Trekkie, Marvel, Buck Rogers, etc. were designed for a quick sale of how my mother spazzed out at how East Asian anime has fetishes for White Women or European race.

Was on the fence about buying this but after seeing your review I'm definitely gonna get it. What you describe as disliking is actually what I want. I remember the scene with Tyrion reading books like this from the maesters and being bored to hell by them. To get a book that can elicit that feeling to me puts me more into the world than the fantasy elements. A maester being dismissive makes it all the more real. Thanks so much for the review Update: 2 weeks later and I have the book in my lap and can't put it down since I got it 3 days ago. I actually get tired of the asoiaf main books after a couple hours but I have been reading this everyday for hours. It's everything I wanted and then some 😎
